February 27, 2016 MIT Reaches NEWMAC Final With 96-80 Win Over WPI BABSON PARK, Mass. – No. 3 seeded MIT saw freshman Bradley Jomard (Paris, France) pick up career highs in points (33) and rebounds (12) this afternoon to lead the Engineers to a 96-80 victory over No. 2 seed WPI in a semifinal game of the 2016 New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) men’s basketball tournament.
February 17, 2016 MIT Rolls Past Emerson, 67-49 BOSTON, Mass. – Senior Ryan Frankel (New York, N.Y.) scored 13 of his game-high 20 points in the second half to lead the MIT men’s basketball team to a 67-49 victory at Emerson College in a New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) contest.
