December 5, 2017 Morrison’s career night leads William Smith over Brockport BROCKPORT, N.Y.—William Smith College junior Mia Morrison scored a career-high 31 points and grabbed a season-high 14 rebounds to lead the Herons to a 72-61 non-conference victory at the College at Brockport tonight.
June 20, 2017 Herons add Hornet to coaching staff William Smith College Head Basketball Coach Lindsay Sharman announced that Ann Dorris will join her coaching staff for the 2017-18 season. Dorris comes to the Finger Lakes following three successful seasons as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Lynchburg College.

May 20, 2015 Herons add Hamilton to hoops staff William Smith Basketball Head Coach Lindsay Sharman recently announced Seraphine Hamilton '06 will join her coaching staff next season. Hamilton replaces Gabrielle Guynan, who recently accepted a basketball head coaching position at a Pennsylvania high school.
December 4, 2014 Hayter scores 1,000th career point in Wendy’s 2nd round ROCHESTER, N.Y.—William Smith College senior forward Chloe Hayter became the 15th Heron to reach the 1,000-point plateau tonight. She scored the first basket of the game to raise her career total to 1,001 points, but the College at Brockport tempered the celebration, defeating William Smith 69-53.
