March 16, 2026 D3hoops.com 2026 women's All-Region 9 team Still just a sophomore, Paige Seckar has written another chapter in her storied career at UW-Oshkosh as our Player of the Year. Meanwhile, Lauren Busalacchi is Coach of the Year after leading Ripon to its best season ever, and Wartburg's Katie Boulanger is our Rookie of the Year.
January 7, 2026 What I did on my Christmas vacation From Colorado Springs to New York City to Baltimore, there was plenty of Division III basketball to be seen over the holiday break, and Ryan Scott tried to make the most of it.
December 19, 2025 Friday: Holiday road warriors No. 11 Redlands traveled east to Virginia to beat No. 13 Roanoke while No. 6 Chicago came even farther east and topped No. 14 Catholic in Puerto Rico. On the women’s side, Denison won its 10th straight and Wartburg ended Hardin-Simmons’ 10-game winning streak. Plus, check out the crazy ending to the UW-Whitewater-Hope battle.
March 8, 2025 No. 8/12 Women's Basketball Fall to No. 5/6 Gustavus in the Second Round SAINT PETER, Minn. – No. 8/12 women's basketball fell to No. 5/6 Gustavus College 56-50 in the second round of the Division III Championships on Saturday, Mar. 8. The Knights close the 2024-25 season with an overall record of 26-3.
March 7, 2025 Round 1 women: State of shock Lower seeds Montclair State and SUNY Geneseo upset nationally ranked foes while Gustavus Adolphus and Trine prevailed in overtime, Wartburg won a nailbiter, and the NESCAC and WIAC each advanced four teams through the first round of the 2025 NCAA Division III women’s basketball tournament.
