December 11, 2019 Southern Virginia leaving CAC The Capital Athletic Conference loses another member, as Southern Virginia University moves to the USA South for all sports. That means that, effective the fall of 2021, the USAC will have 19 member schools.
November 12, 2019 Tuesday: Take two for Titans No. 2 UW-Oshkosh topped No. 3 North Central (Ill.) for its second straight road win over a ranked foe and Union's Mike Concannon blasted No. 25 St. John Fisher.
