June 5, 2019 Hobart names Thompson head coach Stefan Thompson, who was an All-American guard and assistant coach at Hobart, will be the Statesmen's next head men's basketball coach.
June 5, 2019 Thompson ’13 picked to lead Hobart basketball GENEVA, N.Y.—Hobart College Interim Director of Athletics Brian Miller named Stefan Thompson '13 the head coach of the Statesmen basketball program. He will be the 20th man to lead the program since its inception in 1901.
May 9, 2019 Conn College turns to Sweeney Connecticut College hired Hobart head coach Tim Sweeney to lead its men's basketball program back to relevance in the NESCAC. The Camels are winless in the conference since 2017.
