April 13, 2019 Catholic chooses Kelly to lead program Aaron Kelly, who coached at nearby Division I George Mason under former Williams coach Dave Paulsen, will be the next head coach at his alma mater, replacing Steve Howes who resigned.
March 19, 2019 Howes resigns at Catholic Catholic University announced Steve Howes' resignation as the head coach of the Cardinals' men's basketball program. Howes went 278-138 over 15 seasons with four conference titles.
