Wesleyan LINCOLN, Neb. -For the second time in a week, the Buena Vista men's basketball set a school record for three-point buckets, but this time the Beavers weren't able to squeak out the victory as the Beavers' halfcourt heave was off target and they fell on the road at second-ranked Nebraska Wesleyan, 89-86.
November 21, 2018 Buena Vista Picks up 77-68 Win over Gustavus Adolphus Despite a rough start shooting wise on Tuesday night at home against Gustavus Adolphus, the Buena Vista men's basketball team played a strong second half and was able to hold off the Gusties, 77-68.
November 16, 2018 Buena Vista Wins Season Opener, 100-91, over Bethany Lutheran The Buena Vista men's basketball team used the long ball to its advantage on Thursday night, drilling 17-of-34 attempts, and held off a furious rally late by visiting Bethany Lutheran, as the Beavers went on to win their season opener, 100-91.
November 7, 2018 Buena Vista Travels to Drake University for Exhibition Game on Thursday The Buena Vista men's basketball team has been waiting to face some competition other than itself, and that chance comes on Thursday night when the Beavers play at Drake University in an exhibition game inside the Knapp Center at 7:00 p.m. It'll be the season-opener for the Bulldogs.
