Women's

Kellie Rice
Rice shot 17-for-28 from the floor and 9-for-17 from 3-point range in a 2-0 week for Kean.

Sara Vestfals
Vestfals scored 55 points in two games, two-point wins against Austin and University of the Ozarks. She shot 19-for-38 from the floor, 13-for-23 from 3-point range, and added eight rebounds and six steals.

Heather Francoeur
Francoeur began the week with a SCAC season-high 37 points in a 93-82 win against Wesleyan (Ga.). In that contest, she also had 18 rebounds, three assists and two steals. And with her 13-for-19 performance from the charity stripe, Francoeur broke the conference career mark for free throws made. For the week, Francoeur averaged 27.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 2.3 assists per game while shooting 51.6 percent (32-for-62) from the field and 72.7 percent (16-for-22) from the free-throw line.

Linnea Engel
Engel averaged 15 points, six rebounds and 3.5 steals in a 2-0 week. In Saturday's one-point victory over No. 2 St. Benedict, Engel was 5-for-5 from the floor and 5-for-5 from the line for 15 points. She grabbed eight rebounds and added two assists and two steals. She scored five points during a key 16-4 run that pulled Carleton within four points after they trailed by 16 midway through the half. In Wednesday's win against St. Thomas, Engel scored 15 points and added five steals, four rebounds, two assists and two blocked shots.

Barb Goodwin
Goodwin averaged 27 points and eight rebounds over three contests, including a 43-point effort vs. Clark in which she connected on 17 of 18 free-throw attempts. Goodwin also scored in double figures in a win vs. Wentworth (25) and a loss to Salve (13).

Men's

Jimmy Evans
Evans was named MVP of the JPMorgan Chase Scholarship Tournament as Nazareth topped No. 2 Rochester to capture the title. Evans scored 20 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and handed out five assists in the title game. He scored 33 points, hitting seven 3-pointers, in a 96-85 win against Roberts Wesleyan. Evans followed that up with a 26-point, six-rebound effort in an 88-85 win against Rochester Tech. He shot 47.1 percent from 3-point range for the tournament.

Benny West
West led the Jackets to a record of 2-1 for the week, averaging 26.7 points, nine rebounds, four assists and four steals per game. West shot 71 percent from the floor, 75 percent from the 3-point line and 68 percent from the line.

C.J. Neely
Neely scored a career-high 43 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Bates defeated Colby-Sawyer 98-95 in double overtime. Neely hit the game-winning 3-pointer with three seconds left, only his third successful trey in his career at Bates. Neely was 20-for-23 from the line for the week, averaging 24.7 points and 6.7 rebounds.

Joe Corbett
In a 3-0 week for the Statesmen, Corbett recorded his 53rd, 54th, and 55th career double-doubles, averaging 25.3 points, 16.0 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game. In a 92-77 win vs. Hilbert on Tuesday, he scored a career-high 34 points on 15-for-18 shooting from the floor, while pulling down 16 rebounds to raise his career total to 1,005. For the week, he shot 79.5 percent from the floor and boasted an assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.7-to-1.

Joel Kolmodin
Kolmodin averaged 18.5 points, 16.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists in a 1-1 week for the Thunder, as they beat North Park before losing to Illinois Wesleyan.
