The Rockford women's basketball team recently snapped the nation's longest losing streak of 70 games by defeating Webster 87-60 opening weekend in the consolation game of the Rockford College Regent Classic.

Ironically, the Regents' last win, nearly three years ago, also came against Webster. The Regents won that game 43-41 on Dec. 1, 1995.
