June 21, 2018 Holbrook steps down at UW-River Falls Cindy Holbrook stepped down from her position as UW-River Falls head coach to take a new position in the University's admissions office. She'll be replaced by her assistant Paul Richie on an interim basis.
January 6, 2018 Saturday women: Nice day for Polar Bears With much of the country shivering in freezing temperatures, a pair of Polar Bears won Top 25 battles. Ohio Northern defeated Marietta to get a leg up in the OAC race and Bowdoin topped Tufts in the NESCAC. Plus Marymount upset CNU and both ranked WIAC teams fell.
