First Team

Suzy Venet, Guard, Mount Union
The senior point guard did more than just score, although she did tally 18.3 points per game. Venet also dished (9.5 assists per game), rebounded (6.8 rebounds) and played top-notch defense (5.1 steals). And don't put her on the foul line, where she shot 82%.

Katie Haley, Forward, 
Western Maryland
Haley led the Green Terror with 19.3 points and 9.9 rebounds. The 5-11 senior finished her career as Western Maryland's all-time leading scorer with 1,674 points. She shot 49% from the floor and added 2.0 steals per contest.

Alia Fischer, Center, 
Washington University
Fischer was the leading scorer and rebounder for the national champions, averaging 20.9 points and 9.6 rebounds. The 6-2 sophomore from Rochester, Minn. shot 60.9% from the floor and 79.2% from the line.

Ronda Jo Miller, Center, Gallaudet
 Miller finished in the top five in three statistical categories -- points (#2, 28.7), rebounds (#4, 16.1) and blocked shots (#1, 4.8). The 6-2 sophomore from Little Falls, Minn. scored a school-record 47 points Feb. 12 against Mary Washington, which later advanced in the NCAA Tournament. Miller also tallied 3.5 steals and 2.9 assists per game.

Second Team

Jenn Denby, Guard, Rowan
The senior led Rowan with 18.3 points and 11.0 rebounds, adding 3.8 steals and 2.8 assists for the Final Four participant.

Colleen McCrave, Guard, Bates
Another all-around performer, McCrave averaged 6.9 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 5.2 steals. The junior was third in the nation in steals and fifth in assists.

Suzette Henry, Forward, Hunter
The senior averaged 19.6 points and 10.3 rebounds for the CUNYAC champions, shooting 50% from the floor with 3.1 steals.

Gretchen MacColl, Forward, Trinity (Conn.)
The sophomore shot nearly 60% from the floor, averaging 18.2 points and 10.3 rebounds per contest.

Laura Haynes, Center, Guilford
The third-leading scorer in the nation, Haynes tallied 26.1 points and 11.1 rebounds at a stacked position.
