    The Yeshiva University men's basketball team's historical season came to a close on Friday afternoon, as YU fell to nationally-ranked No. 11 York College Pennsylvania, 81-67, in the opening round of the NCAA tournament at Charles Wolf Gymnasium. The Spartans will play the winner of Hamilton vs. Nazareth on Saturday evening, in the same location.

    The Yeshiva University men's basketball team won its first ever Skyline Conference championship, knocking off #2 Purchase College by a score of 87-81, at the Purchase College Gymnasium on Sunday afternoon. As a result, the Maccabees earn their first bid into the NCAA Division III men's basketball tournament in program history.

    The #4 Yeshiva University men's basketball team made history on Thursday evening at the Nold Hall Athletic Complex, as the Maccabees knocked off the defending Skyline Conference champion and No.1 seed Farmingdale State, 77-75, in the conference semi-final. As a result, Yeshiva will be playing in the Skyline championship game for the first time in program history. The Maccabees will play #2 Purchase College, at the Purchase College Gymnasium, on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. The Panthers defeated #3 Mount Saint Vincent, in the other Skyline semi-final on Thursday.

    The #4 Yeshiva University men's basketball team overcame a 17-point deficit to defeat #5 Mount Saint Mary in a Skyline Conference first round game, 80-67, at the packed Max Stern Athletic Center on Tuesday evening. Yeshiva advances to the semi-final round of the Skyline Conference championships and will face the defending conference champion and No. 1 seed Farmingdale State.
  • Yeshiva Secures Home Playoff Game With Victory Over Purchase College on Senior Night

    The Yeshiva University men's basketball team earned a hard-fought victory in the regular season finale over Purchase College, 86-75, at the Max Stern Athletic Center on Saturday evening. Thanks to the victory, the Maccabees now clinch the No. 4 seed in the upcoming Skyline Conference championships and will host No. 5 Mount Saint Mary in the first round on Tuesday evening. This will be the first home playoff game for Yeshiva since 2016, and the second since 2002.
  • Farmingdale Outlasts Yeshiva in Double Overtime

    The Yeshiva University men's basketball team had its eight-game winning streak snapped by Farmingdale State, as the host Rams earned a double-overtime victory by a score of 73-69, on Tuesday evening. Yeshiva's eight-game win streak was the longest in the program's history as a member of the NCAA.

Yeshiva (13-9, 11-6 Skyline) moves back into a third place tie with Purchase College, while St. Joseph's Brooklyn drops to 7-10 in conference play and 8-14 overall.

Yeshiva has now won four games in a row to advance to 8-6 in Skyline play (10-9 overall) and move into a tie with Mount Saint Mary for fourth place. Mount Saint Vincent drops to 11-4 in the conference (13-7 overall).
