February 23, 2017 Sato's late free throws propel Panthers to SCIAC Tournament final Senior Lauren Sato stepped to the line with four seconds left in a tie game with score all knotted up and calmly knocked down a pair of free throws to lift the Chapman University women's basketball team to a 66-64 win over Cal Lutheran in the SCIAC semifinal. With the win, second-seeded Chapman (17-9) moves on to the SCIAC Tournament championship game on Saturday at top-seeded Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.

February 4, 2016 Four score in double figures as women's basketball wins fifth straight ORANGE, Calif. – Four players scored in double figures as the Chapman University women's basketball team won its fifth game in a row with an 84-68 victory over visiting La Verne on Thursday. Senior Natalia Ebrahimian led everyone with 22 points and 11 rebounds, including 10 offensive rebounds, in the win.
January 5, 2016 Hum-Nishikado nets 23 points in Chapman's fifth straight win Two players scored 20-plus for the second game in a row and the Chapman University women’s basketball team won its fifth straight in an 80-64 victory over visiting Pomona-Pitzer on Tuesday. Sophomore Jaime Hum-Nishikado led the Panthers with 23 points off the bench while senior Natalia Ebrahimian posted her second consecutive double-double.
