February 10, 2018 Saturday women: Let's wrap this up No. 8 DePauw rallied past Kenyon to win its sixth NCAC title in seven years, No. 13 Scranton secured the top spot in the Landmark and No. 1 Amherst completed another perfect regular season. Meanwhile a win for George Fox and a loss for Ohio Northern kept the NWC and OAC races interesting entering the final week of the season.
January 27, 2018 Saturday women: Mammoths fend off Polar Bears No. 1 Amherst beat No. 4 Bowdoin in an extremely tight, low-scoring game atop the national rankings and NESCAC standings. Elsewhere Trine dealt Hope its first loss of the season, Capital upset Ohio Northern and St. Benedict topped Bethel.
January 2, 2018 Women's top 25 poll released With losses by Tufts and Christopher Newport over the holiday break, Amherst takes over as the new No. 1 in the country, but it's not unanimous. December 29, 2017 Amherst wins Top 10 battle; Central rallies Amherst won a defensive battle of Top 10 teams, Central rallied from a 19-point deficit to beat No. 6 Ramapo and top-ranked Whitman got a big win on the second day of the D3hoops.com Classic.
December 29, 2017 Defense on display as Amherst duels Trine With both teams in the top five in the country in defensive scoring, Friday afternoon's battle between No. 3 Amherst and No. 6 Trine was always likely to be a low scoring affair.
December 28, 2017 OWU shoots lights out; Amherst shakes off rust The Battling Bishops worked the perimeter to perfection, hitting 25 3-pointers in a rout of No. 6 Ramapo, while the No. 3 Amherst women pulled away from UC Santa Cruz. Meanwhile, Augsburg and No. 6 Trine won hard-fought battles.
