The Baruch College Bearcats jumped out to a 37-17 halftime lead and never looked back to record a 70-44 CUNYAC win against the Beavers from The City College of New York on Tuesday night.

The visiting Bearcats started by shooting 48 percent (24-50) and finished with a 36-30 rebounding advantage to raise their record to 2-0 in early conference play.

The available roster all saw minutes in the road win.

Bryler Paige led the Bearcats with 18 points (4-5 3fg), while William Sixsmith had 16 points in a box score that featured 12 different players scoring.

Salvatore Palazzolo was tops for the Beavers with 14 points.
