Junior forward Ryan Boll recorded 12 of his 18 points in the second half to lead five Tommies scoring in double figures in Monday night's 83-65 win at Gustavus in MIAC men's basketball play in St. Peter.
St. Thomas (7-3 overall, 3-1 MIAC), coming off a 19-day layoff, pushed its win streak to three as it shot 64 percent from the floor and had a 12-0 edge in free-throw scoring. UST starters outscored the Gusties' first five 63-31.
After trailing early 7-0, UST took a 44-31 halftime lead.
Michael Hannon added 17 points, Jordan Burich had 14 points and nine rebounds, and Will Dunn and Elijah Hannah each scored 10 points.
The Tommies play Wednesday night at first-place Bethel.
