Brooklyn led 23-16 with 7:43 left in the first half, but Baruch responded with a 12-0 run for a 28-23 lead five minutes later. They would never relinquish the lead the rest of the way.
Emengo was 7-of-8 in field goals and 3-of-4 from three-point range, while also dishing out five assists.
Louie Karis (Brooklyn, N.Y./Xaverian) scored 16 points and shot 6-of-9 from the field.
Baruch will return to action this Wednesday with a conference road game at CCNY.
