The game came down to the wire, as Daniel Waajid sank two free throws in the final seconds, and Dan Thomas's last second three-point attempt fell short, to help the Bobcats prevail.
Pacing Pitt-Greensburg was Bill Scavincky who posted a team-high 16 points, while also contributing seven rebounds. Waajid added 13 points and eight rebounds, and Ed Montgomery finished with 10 points.
The Panthers were led by Thomas who finished with a game-high 23 points, while Ryan Race added 21 points.
The Bobcats next game will be tomorrow night, January 28, when they face off against Penn State Behrend. Game time is schedule for 6:00 PM.
