Beau Wilson added 14 points, Jeff Nero had 13, Marc Lodovico bucketed 12 points, Ryan Bujnowski contributed 11 and Tim Drakeley scored 10 for the Yellow Jackets.

Linden, who bucketed 18 points against Bethany on Wednesday, has reached double-figure scoring eight times this season - his first with the program. He made 5-of-6 attempts from the floor and duplicated those numbers from the line on Thursday, including 13 points in the second half. With both team played aggressive defense, the Yellow Jackets converted 17 second-half Knight turnovers into 20 points, finishing the game with 29 points off turnovers.
After struggling to build and hold a lead for the first half, the Yellow Jackets entered halftime down 41-39, as Southern Virginia scored 19 second-chance points.
The Yellow Jackets gained a double-digit lead in the final 10 minutes of the second half and expanded it to 30 points, 84-54, with a 24-4 run over a 5:20 stretch. WC started the run with eight-consecutive field goals made and finished the stretch making 10-of-12 field goal attempts.
Waynesburg will play its third game in four days on Saturday, Jan. 14, when it returns to conference play at Grove City. The Yellow Jackets and Wolverines are scheduled for a 3 p.m. at the Grove City College Arena. GCC swept last season's series against Waynesburg, including a 93-79 win in Grove City, Pa. In the contest, both Nero and guard Jered Gamble bucketed a team-high 20 points.
