Senior Chris Boone (Durham, Maine) hit on a jumper for the Eagles to end that run. Leading by 41 at the half, the Mountaineers maintained their lead for the rest of the contest. High scorers for Southern Vermont were Mark Edmonds (Albany, N.Y. (28), Hammond (20) and Oriol Morer (Barcelona, Spain) (20). For the Eagles, freshman guard Justin Van Dyke (Middletown, N.Y.) led 12 players who scored for DWC with seven points. The Eagles are at Albertus Magnus on Saturday.
