Gettysburg 75, Washington College 60

GETTYSBURG, Pa. — Host Gettysburg College shot 55% from the field and forced 22 Washington College turnovers en route to a 75-60 Centennial Conference men's basketball win this evening in Gettysburg, PA. The Bullets improved to 6-6 overall and 2-4 in conference play with the win, while the Shoremen slipped to 5-8 and 3-3 with the loss.

Gettysburg shot 50% in the first half to take a 34-25 lead at the intermission. The Bullets then fired at a 61% clip in the second half to maintain control of the game.

Mike Spadaforda led Gettysburg with game highs of 15 points and five assists. Erik Fromm matched Spadafora's five assists and also scored 11 points, while Brian Sateja tallied 10 points. Joe Spierenburg blocked three shots in 12 minutes off the bench for the Bullets.

Junior forward Joey Breslin led Washington with 13 points and six rebounds. Senior guard Dustin Abbate added 10 points, while senior forward Jonathan Webb contributed eight points and a team-high seven rebounds.
