Lake Erie 96, Pitt-Greensburg 75

Painesville, OH — The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Men's Basketball team lost their third consecutive game as they fell victim to host Lake Erie College, 96-75. The loss drops the Bobcats to 4-7 overall and evens their conference record at 2-2.

The Storm used an active full-court press to force Pitt-Greensburg into 25 turnovers and to force the Bobcats to shoot just 35 percent from the field.

Pitt-Greensburg was led by Duke Cooper, who had team-highs with 17 points and four assists. Bill Scavincky was the only other Bobcat in double figures, scoring 12 points. Ed Montgomery posted team-highs in rebounds with nine and blocks with two.

Lake Erie College was led by Reggie Richardson, who posted 17 points and eight assists, while Robert Williams chipped in with 12 points.

The Bobcats' next game is Friday, January 13, when they play host to Medaille College in AMCC action. Game time is scheduled for 8:00 PM.
