Gordon held a slim 41-40 advantage at intermission after netting 10-15 (67%) from three-point land. In the second half, the visitors stretched their lead to 67-59 with 7:58 remaining only to see the short-handed Lions rally with six straight points cut cut the lead to two.

The game's difference was in shooting percentages as the Lions posted a season low 4-19 (21%) from three while allowing the Scots sizzling 59% from deep.

Mike Adams led four Lions in double figures with a game-high 22 points while teammate Brent Walker added his second consecutive double-double of 16 points and a game-high 15 rebounds. Tyler Whitlock and Miles Kendall added 15 and 14 respectively.
