Wheaton (Ill.) 91, Millikin 75

DECATUR, Ill. — Millikin (10-14, 3-10) wrapped up its home season tonight, honoring its three seniors. But it was the shooting of the Wheaton Thunder (10-13, 6-6) that stole the show in a 91-75 win at Decatur as it shot 60 percent from the field in the game.

Wheaton finished with five players in double-figures led by John Mohan’s 25. Tony Bollier added 19, Johnnie Standard added 13, Andy Wiele had 11 and Jordan Kemper added 10 for the Thunder. Michael Fiddler led all players with 14 rebounds.

Millikin also had five players in double-digits led by Drew Gensler’s 15 points. Lance Brooks and Keanon Harrington each had 15, Doug Goldstein scored 11 and Korte Long added 10. Harrington led Millikin’s rebounding effort with eight.
