Senior guard Tony Bollier led the Thunder with 28 points and four assists. Bollier shot 9-for-12 from the field, including 5-for-8 from three-point range and a 7-for-8 effort at the free throw line. Sophomore guard John Mohan added 12 points that included a 2-for-3 effort from three-point range. Freshman Andy Wiele scored 10 points. Senior Jordan Kemper added a team-high 12 rebounds and distributed four assists.
Jay Alexander led North Park with 15 points, including three shots from behind the three-point arc and he also grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds. Bjorn Berg scored 14 points and Brett Mathisen added 12 points to the hosts' effort.
Wheaton shot 42.9% (21-49) from the field, including 50% (11-22) from three-point range and 75% (15-20) at the free throw line. North Park had a 36.5% (19-52) field goal percentage, with 35% (7-20) from three-point range and a 57.8% (8-14) effort at the free throw line. North Park out-rebounded the Thunder 33-31 on the night.
