Todd's layup with 5:25 to play was the 15th lead change but was the one that stood up.
Zach Ross led Muskingum (13-6, 9-4 OAC) with 22 points. Cole Pittis had 18 and Todd 15.
Nate Stahl led Capital (8-12, 5-9) with 18 points. Matty Owens added 17 and Ryan Wood 10.
Capital shot 49 percent from the field and was a good 11-of-16 from the line. But Muskingum hit 15 of 16 free throws and 12 of 29 from beyond the 3-point arc.
