With the win, the Blazers earned their second win of the season over the Lynx and snapped a two-game losing streak to improve to 8-9 overall, 7-4 NAC. Lesley lost for the fourth time in its last five games to fall to 7-10 overall, 5-6 NAC.
Sophomore guard Raemarie Josefiak (Springfield, MA) netted 12 points, including three 3-pointers and freshman forward Paige Schneider (Windsor, CT) added 10 points for the Blazers, who led 21-17 at intermission.
Lesley received a team-high 10 points apiece from sophomore guard Courtnie Leakeas (Lowell, MA) and junior forward Kristin King (Holliston, MA) in the loss.
