Concordia (Wis.) 84, Rockford 74
ROCKFORD, Ill. — Peets was the name resounding through the air as Concordia University (WI) defeated the Regents on Friday. Matt Peets (Fort Lauderdale, FL/Fort Lauderdale) ran up 28 points and 15 rebounds for the Falcons. The Regents held their own under his firepower, though, with four Regents reporting in with double digit scores. Mitch McCracken led the way with 18 points and 9 rebounds followed by 16 points from Jacob Dunkel and 10 apiece from Allen Young (Romeoville, IL/Bollingbrook) and Seneca Evans (Chicago, IL/Chicago Vocational). Dunkel also contributed 4 blocks to the Regent’s efforts. Each of the leading scorers was responsible for two steals.
