The Devils took a 28-21 halftime lead, but Stevens rebounded to outscored the Devils 39-30 in the second half.

For FDU, junior forward Pierre Schmitt (Park Ridge, NJ) and junior guard Cody Chalmers (Middletown, NJ) each chipped in 10 points. Senior guard Matt Cushing (Ocean, NJ) and junior guard Frank Emslie (Hazlet, NJ) each scored nine points.

For Stevens, Tim Williams scored a game-high 13 points and 10 rebounds. Virgil Gray scored 11 markers.

The Devils will host the College of Staten Island on Monday for a 7:00 pm non-conference game.
