The Bulldogs (2-1 overall) opened the game with a 13-2 run and never really looked back. Moravian (1-2 overall) got within single digits only once after early spurt and fell behind by as many as 29 points in the second half.
In addition to shooting better than 58 percent in both halves, DSU committed just 11 turnovers to its 27 assists and out-rebounded the Greyhounds, 36-24.
The balanced Bulldog attack was led by junior Steve Kriczky with 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting. Sophomore Eddie Ohlson recorded his first-ever double-double with a career-high 10 points and a career-high 11 assists.
Senior Mike Zinn and sophomore Phil Stricker each had 14 points and senior Drew Christman totaled 12 points and a team-high nine rebounds in the win.
A couple of freshmen, Mike Myers and Ed Lapinski came off the bench to score eight and nine points respectively.
Moravian was led by Ryan Miller with 11 points and four assists and Zach Zsilavecz with 10 points as the only double figure scorers.
