ITHACA, N.Y. — The seventh-ranked Cardinals remained in first place in the Empire 8, pulling away for a 70-45 iwn at Ithaca. St. John Fisher led by just in the final minute of the first half and took a three-point lead into intermission before pulling away for the win.

Jeff Sidney finished with 18 points and eight rebounds for the Cardinals. Nick Bennett added 10 rebounds.

Nate Thomas led the Bombers with 10 points off the bench.
