St. John Fisher 86, Hartwick 57PITTSFORD, NY: — St. John Fisher College shot an amazing 84% from the floor in the second half (21-of-25), including 18-for-20 over the first 16 minutes and cruised to an 86-57 win over visiting Hartwick College.
With the win, Fisher currently ranked No. 8 in NCAA Division III, improves to 15-0 overall and 4-0 in the Empire 8 Conference. The Cardnals are one of only two teams undefeated in Division III. Fisher opened the game with a 20-2 run over the first 8:22 and never looked back. Nick Bennett led Fisher with 14 points and six rebounds, while Sean O’Brien added 12 points and seven assists.
