ROCHESTER, NY; — Top-seeded St. John Fisher College advanced to the finals of the JPMorgan Chase Scholarship Tournament with a 67-55 win over No. 5 Nazareth College tonight at R.I.T.
With the win, No. 13 Fisher improves to 12-0 for the first time in the program's 42-year history. The Cardinals will face either University of Rochester or R.I.T. at 8 p.m. Saturday in the championship game.
Junior Sean O'Brien led Fisher with 19 points, while Nick Bennett and Charlie Zahn chipped in with 12 and 10 respectively.
Joe Candori led Nazareth with 14 points.
