Ithaca 89, Elmira 54

ITHACA, N.Y. — Five players scored career-high point totals -- including freshman guard Brian Joe (Southside/Elmira) and sophomore forward Sean Stahn (Ardsley/Scarsdale), who netted 20 and 10, respectively -- as the Bombers routed visiting Elmira 89-54.

The win was the 100th for Bomber head coach Jim Mullins, who is in his eighth season at Ithaca.

Coupled with Saturday's 26-point win at Hartwick, the Bombers have posted consecutive 25-point wins for the first time since the final two games of the 1994-95 season.

Junior guard Jim Bellis (Bloomfield Central/Bloomfield) led Ithaca with 20 points.

Junior center Micah Owens (Southside/Elmira) and sophomore guard Charlie Henry (Brother Rice/Southfield, Mich.) scored 14 and 11 points, respectively, to pace the Soaring Eagles.
