The Tommies (6-4 overall, 6-0 MIAC) also got 10 points and 10 rebounds from sophomore Isaac Rosefelt, 10 points from junior Joey Shimek, and eight assists from junior Sean Sweeney.
The Toms shot 56% from the field -- including 12-of-19 from 3-point range -- and outrebounded St. Olaf 44-24. They won their third MIAC game in six days by an average of 23.3 ppg.
UST opened a two-game lead early in the 20-game conference race. Gustavus won 79-74 at Bethel and Carleton won in overtime at home over Macalester, leaving the Gusties, Royals and Knights all at 4-2 in the MIAC.
Schnettler made 5-of-6 from 3-point range and Anderson made 4-of-6. UST outscored the Oles 80-42 from the field.
Sophomore Jon Butala had 11 points, Tucker Weisman had nine points and Jon Baiin had eight points and five rebounds for St. Olaf (6-6, 2-5), which shot 33% from the field.
The Tommies broke to first-half leads of 11-0 and 35-14 and led 42-28 at halftime as they shot 63% in the first 20 minutes. They built the lead to 28 points with 14:00 to play before pulling their starters.
St. Thomas has three road games next week -- Monday night at Carleton, Wednesday night at Bethel and Saturday at St. Mary's.
