Capital got 24 points from both sophomore Dave Johnson and senior Jake Beck.
Capital (15-8, 11-6 OAC) led 75-71 with 7:21 to play when the Crusaders went on a 14-6 run over the next five minutes to lead 89-77 with 2:14 left in the game.
Marietta (3-21, 1-16 OAC) used its fast paced style to stay in the game in the first half with eight three-pointers to tie the game at 44 at the break.
Matt Hines scored 19 points to pace Marietta.
