Point guard Sean O’Brien (Orchard Park/Orchard
Park) led Fisher with 22 points on 6-for-8 shooting from the field and 9-for-10 from the foul line. The junior also added five rebounds and five assists.
Senior Jeff Sidney (Herkimer/Herkimer) recorded 13 points, six rebounds, and three assists. Charlie Zahn (Victor/Victor) added 12 points, and Nick Bennett (Binghamton/Binghamton) chipped in with five. Sidney, Zahn, Bennett, and Corey
Hepburn (Frederick Douglass/New York) were all playing in their final regular-season home games at Fisher.
Junior Jim Bellis (Bloomfield Central/Bloomfield) recorded his second career double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds for Ithaca. Freshman guard Brian Joe (Southside/Elmira) scored 16 points, shooting 4-of-5 from three-point range. Junior Brian Andruskiewicz (Montville/Oakdale, Conn.) also added 16 points for the Bombers.
Juniors Pete Gillett (Perry/Perry) and Dan McSweeney (Marcellus/Marcellus)
each scored 11 points. Mike McGee (Notre Dame/Batavia) added seven points and six
rebounds.
