James Thorpe (Concord, N.H.) led the way for Colby-Sawyer, scoring 25 points off the bench, with 16 coming in the first half, all but two of which during the decisive 24-6 run. Thorpe made 9-of-15 from the floor, including 4-of-8 from beyond the arc, and also pulled down 12 rebounds.
Chris Condon (Reading, Mass.) scored 11 points to aid the Charger cause, with Terry Henderson (Charlestown, N.H.) adding 10 points and five rebounds off the bench. In all, 10 of the 11 players who played for Colby-Sawyer scored, with each of them scoring at least three points.
Sherrad Prezzie-Blue (Norwalk, Conn.) scored 19 points to lead Wentworth, while Frankie Hall added 11 points off the bench.
Colby-Sawyer closes out the regular-season home schedule on Tuesday, hosting New England College in a Commonwealth Coast Conference game at 7:30 p.m. in New London.
