Lehman (19-5, 12-1 CUNYAC) led by twenty (50-30) just two minutes into the second half before Baruch slowly chipped away at the lead to cut the deficit to two points (72-70) on a lay up by Chris O'Connor with 3:21 left.
Sekani Francis, one of the top candidates for Conference Player of the Year, took over the rest of the way scoring six of the next 10 points to clinch the road win and further solidy Lehman's top spot in next week's conference tournament.
Francis, named the MVP of the John Conboy Award in the game, finished with 18 points, 14 rebounds, and five assists. Miguel Jorge added 16 points and nine rebounds before fouling out late in the game.
Louie Karis led Baruch (17-8, 9-4 CUNYAC) with 19 points, eight rebounds, and four steals.
