Seniors Jeff Thomas and Badou Gaye both notched double-doubles to help the 21st-ranked Griffins improve to 18-3 and 12-0 in the PAC.
Derhan Patrick and Ronnie Fields each scored 16 points for the Knights (8-12, 4-7 PAC) who shot 25-of-78 (32%) for the contest.
The Griffins, who led 36-30 at halftime, built a 10-point lead in the second stanza. Thomas, who was named the PAC Player of the Week, hit one of two shots from the line to give GMC a 65-55 lead with 4:47 to play. The senior finished with 17 points, 11 boards, seven assists, and three steals.
Gaye notched a game-high 19 points, grabbed 12 caroms and blocked five shots before fouling out with 4:40 remaining.
Sophomore Frank Barder chipped in 10 points as GMC hit on 24-of-56 (42%) from the floor and outrebounded the Knights, 49-42.
