Rhodes 80, Sewanee 63MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Rhodes' Joe Thompson scored a game-high 20 points as the host Lynx defeated Sewanee, 80-63, here in an NCAA Division III and Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's basketball game AT Mallory Gym.
Sewanee is 8-11 overall and 5-6 in the SCAC, while Rhodes is 6-14 overall and 4-7 in the SCAC. For Sewanee, Spencer Rowland (Readyville, Tenn./Cannon County) had a team-high 13 points and three assists. Teammate Chris Eddy (Atlanta, Ga./Marist) had 12 points.
