SSC (17-3, 6-1 MASCAC) scored the first 12 points of the game en route to opening a 50-26 advantage at the half. Anosike, who connected on all five of his shots from the field, had an amazing 20 defensive rebounds on the afternoon. Salem, who outscored the Falcons 51-18 in the paint, now has a two-game lead in the loss column over Framingham State, Westfield State and Bridgewater State. The previous best shooting performance this season in the conference was held by Fitchburg State. The Falcons had shot 62.3% (33 of 53) from the field in a win at MCLA on January 27th.
