In the first half, Sontag’s basket with 13:42 left in the half tied the game at 10-10. However, Thompson scored on a put back and Adam Rose (Harwich, MA) hit a pair of free throws to put the Bears in front for good at 14-10. Another three-pointer by Sontag cut the BSC lead to 18-15 with 9:48 remaining, but Lang, who had 13 rebounds in the first half, hit a lay-up to spark a 13-4 run and give Bridgewater a 31-19 advantage with 4:09 to play before halftime.
