Edgewood 66, Benedictine 62
Lisile, IL — The Edgewood defense limited Benedictine to 33% shooting from the floor in a come-from-behind victory to sweep the LMC-NIIC Challenge for the 5th time in the six-year history of the tournament. Senior forward Seth Cooper and sophomore center Charlie Averkamp led the way for the visiting Eagles with 21 and 11 points respectively. Averkamp also pulled down a game-high 15 rebounds. Matt Harrison led Benedictine with 19 points.
