The win is the third straight for DeSales who improve to 6-3 overall, while the loss drops the Chargers to 5-11 overall. DSU shot 55.7 percent for the game and out-rebounded LBC, 42-27, to record the win. The Bulldogs took a 19-point lead into the halftime locker rooms and never really looked back in the second half.
Stricker led the team with a game-high 26 points tying his career-high which he set in the loss at Drew University earlier this year. McCloskey totaled a career-high 10 points and Ohlson finished with 11 tallies. Ohlson and senior Drew Christman had a team-high five assists and Stricker and junior Steve Kriczky finished with a team-high six rebounds.
Four players reached double digits for the Chargers including Ryan Carpenter with 15, Drew Karschner with 12, Zach Long with 12 and Tim Feliciano with 11. Long also added six rebounds and five assists in the loss.
