NASSAU, Bahamas — Maryville University head men's basketball coach Matt Rogers had four players score in double digits as the Saints came away with a three-point victory over the College of Mount St. Joseph at the Bahamas Sunshine Shootout in Nassau, Bahamas. The Saints shot 57.9 percent from the field in the first half, but still trailed by three points at halftime. They would continue to shoot well in the second half (54.8 percent), and holding the Lions to just 1-of-2 free throws for the half would turn out to be the difference for the game.

The Saints also hit 8-of-14 (.571) free throws, while holding their opponents to just 7-of-12 (.583) freebies for the game.
