Claire Getzoff scored 21 points to pace the Vikings, who improved to 9-0 for the first time in school history.
Junior forward Christine Brice recorded her first career double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds for Lawrence. Carrie Van Groll added 10 points for the Vikings.
Kristin Gunderson paced Concordia (6-5) with 13 points, and Darcy Madison had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Lawrence, which led 25-22 at the break, took control early in the second half.
Van Groll scored six consecutive points to open the half, as Lawrence went on an 11-2 run, which was capped by Jenny Stoner's 3-pointer with 18:14 left.
The Cavaliers trimmed the lead to six points three times, the second time on Gunderson's three-point play with 14:34 left.
Lawrence responded with 11 consecutive points to grab a 52-35 lead with 12:25 left. Getzoff scored five points in the outburst and Van Groll added four more.
Concordia battled back to cut the lead to six points at 58-52 with 3:00 left. The Vikings then scored the next five points, four by Getzoff, to seal the victory.
Lawrence is now off until Jan. 7, when it resumes Midwest Conference play with a home game against Ripon.
