The first half saw Gettysburg jump out to 10 point lead only 10 minutes into the game. The Bullets were unconscious from beyond the arc in the first half. The beginning of the second half was not much different than the first. The Bullets once again came out firing, pushing their lead to 20, 46-26, at one point. That’s when the Terror came alive. Finch grabbed an offensive board, was fouled on the put back attempt, and knocked down the ensuing free-throws to start a torrid run that would see the Terror outscore the Bullets 48 to 20 the rest of the way. Gettysburg did all they could down the stretch to get back in the game but key free throw shooting ultimately preserved the lead for McDaniel.

Gettysburg was lead by senior Erik Fromm who poured in 17 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Matt Whelan chipped in 15 points to the Bullett effort. The Bullets outrebounded the Terror 32-31.
McDaniel's work on the offensive glass however, proved pivotal as they outscored Gettysburg 16-4 in second chance points. Also key for the Terror was their bench that chipped in with 29 points.
