The win improved the Nor’easters mark to 2-4 and snapped a three-game losing streak. The Terriers are winless in five contests.
McManus, who nailed seven 3-pointers on the evening, poured in 22 points in the second half to help break open a close game. The score was tied at 30-30 at the half.
Isaac Stickney ’08 (Rumford, Maine) and John Marriott ’08 (Fairfax, Vt.) also established career highs with 21 and 19 points, respectively. Mark Oliver ’06 (Gloucester, Mass.) added 13.
Eric Lopez ’09 (Winslow, Maine) kept the Terriers in the game in the second half, hitting five 3-pointers on his way to a team-high 25 points. James Godley ’06 (Brookton, Maine) supported with 11 points.
The Nor’easters will be looking to make it two wins in a row on Saturday when they host the University of Maine Farmington at 2:00 p.m.
