Junior forward Jeffrey Boone (August Martin / Rosedale, NY) led York (4-4, 2-0) with game-highs of 21 points and 11 rebounds. Senior guard Shayne Smith (Dwight / Brooklyn, NY) chipped in with 10 points for the visitors.
Junior forward Otis Saylee (Seward Park / New York, NY) led City Tech (3-5, 2-1 CUNYAC) with 19 points and grabbed four rebounds. Seniors Danul Cabbagestalk (John Adams / Brooklyn, NY) and Clyde Forteau (St. Raymond’s / Bronx, NY) each added 10 points for the Yellow Jackets.
The City Tech men will close out the fall semester with a road game on Saturday afternoon (2:00 pm), December 10th at the Farleigh Dickinson University – Florham.
